From C.O.O. Russell Brown:
The mission of Talk O' Texas is:
"TO MAKE YOUR MOUTH HAPPY!"
We will accomplish this by offering unparalleled food products.
Talk O' Texas Crisp Okra Pickles are a low-calorie, low-carbohydrate food. There are an average of five calories per two-pod serving. We buy only the finest-quality okra, which passes through a four-step grading process before being hand-placed into every jar. The highest-quality spices, vinegar, salt, and other ingredients are then added to ensure the finest product possible.
Our rigorously controlled pasteurization process and quality control ensure consistently delicious pickles for our valued customers.
Because quality is our number one goal, we make sure our product is sold in trusted stores across the nation. When buying TOT from websites such as Amazon, Ebay or otherwise, please keep in mind that we have no control of the product at that point as it does not come directly from our distributors. We have no way to ensure that the product is viable at that point. So, if you can, you can hop on down to your local Walmart and pick up a product we know for certain will bring you guaranteed satisfaction!
Our tasty treats are a great addition to almost any occasion or recipe and can always be used in place of a cucumber pickle. We encourage you to try one in a martini, called an “Okratini,” or try one in a Bloody Mary. You’ll wonder why you didn’t make our pickles a staple food sooner!
Talk O' Texas Crisp Okra Pickles are available in hot or mild and come in 16 oz. jars. Both have the same wonderful garlic dill flavor, but the hot has that extra kick you’re looking for.

First, you roll each okra pod in flour.
Next, roll the pods in an egg mixture.
Once coated in flour and egg, roll the pods in corn meal.
Finally, fry those pods until golden, and enjoy!

First, start by putting ice in your glass.
Next, take your favorite bloody mary mix and fill up your glass with the mix 2/3 of the way.
If you like your Bloody Mary's to have an extra kick, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and horse radish.
Then, add a shot or two of your go to vodka.
Stir.
To garnish, add a celery stick, a halved and seeded jalapeño, cooked bacon, and most importantly Talk O' Texas!
If you want to go the extra mile, you can even add fried chicken nuggets on a skewer.
